The office will offer a consultation appointment. Bring any previous CBCT, panoramic radiograph or treatment plan you already have — it saves a step.
Clinicians
Case review
Send a short history and we will arrange a secure route for the imaging. Surgical-only referrals are returned to you for the prosthetic phase.
